1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Diagramify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Diagramify is a video generation service that creates animated infographic and diagram videos from:

• Text prompts and descriptions
• Uploaded images that are analyzed and converted into animated diagrams
• User-specified design instructions and preferences

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology, including Google Veo and Gemini AI, to generate custom video content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Diagramify. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Access

4.1 Service Access

Currently, Diagramify operates as an API-based service. Access may require authentication credentials provided by MycrawlSoft.

4.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
